We collect as little as we can get away with. This page says exactly what that is.
Who is responsible

What we collect
When you book: your name, your email address, and confirmation from the payment provider that the payment cleared. We never see or store your card number.
For the invoice: the billing details Portuguese law requires us to record, including your tax number if you ask for an invoice in a company name.
If you write to us: whatever you put in your message. Many people describe the work task they want to automate — we use it only to prepare your session.
If you join the waitlist on this website: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and the date of the group. We use them only to tell you when booking opens.
What we do not collect
This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies and does not track you across sites. There is nothing to consent to, which is why you are not being asked.
Why we are allowed to hold it
To run the workshop you booked — that is performing our contract with you.
To issue and keep invoices — that is a legal obligation under Portuguese tax law.
To answer your emails — that is our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us.
To keep you on the waitlist — that is your consent, given with the checkbox in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
Who else sees it
Bookings and payments are handled by Eventbrite, which processes your payment and holds the card details we never see. Eventbrite passes us your name and email so we can run your session.
Correspondence with us is stored in Gmail, which means Google processes it as our email provider.
Waitlist entries are stored in Supabase, a database service, on servers in the EU (Paris).
The website runs on our own server in the EU. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Invoices and accounting records: 10 years, because Portuguese tax law requires it.
Booking details and correspondence: 2 years after your session, then deleted.
Waitlist entries: until the group you signed up for is formed, and no longer than 12 months, then deleted.
If you ask us to delete something earlier and no law requires us to keep it, we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask for it in a portable format. Write to us and we answer within 30 days.
If you think we handled your data badly, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD.
