Cancellations, transfers and refunds

The workshop runs in person, in a group of 11. A seat left empty close to the date cannot be filled again, so the rules tighten as the date approaches. They are written to be predictable, not to sound generous.

If we cancel or move the session

A full refund, or a seat on another date — your choice. This holds however close to the date it happens.

14 days or more before

A full refund, no reason needed. We return the payment to the card you paid with.

7 to 13 days before

A free transfer to any later date, or a 50% refund.

Less than 7 days before

No refund. One free transfer to a later date if you tell us at least 48 hours ahead.

Not turning up

No refund and no transfer. Tell us instead, even the night before — a transfer costs you nothing.

Sending someone else in your place

Fine at any time, including the morning of the workshop. Send us their name and email.

How the money comes back

Refunds are processed through Eventbrite to the card you paid with. The ticket price comes back in full where these rules say so.

How to ask

Write to e@robotandsons.tech from the address you booked with. We reply within one business day and the refund reaches your card within 14 days.

Nothing on this page removes the rights you have under Portuguese and EU consumer law.
