Terms of service
These terms cover buying a seat at the One day agent workshop. Booking a seat means you accept them.
Who you are contracting with

What you are buying
One seat at a 4-hour, in-person workshop in Lisbon, in a group of up to 11 people, on the date you select when booking. The language of each session is shown next to its date.
The workshop is taught live and is not recorded. Separately, after the workshop you get access to 5 pre-recorded video lessons.
What the price covers
The price shown next to each date covers your seat and the workshop materials. It is the final price: no VAT is added at checkout. It also includes one online group call a week after the workshop and access to 5 video lessons.
It does not cover a ChatGPT subscription or the API credit you spend during the session — roughly €25 in total, paid by you to those services directly. We state this before you book so that it is not a surprise on the day.
Booking and payment
Seats are booked and paid for through Eventbrite. Eventbrite handles the payment; the contract for the workshop itself is between you and us.
A seat is reserved once payment clears. We confirm by email and send the venue details.
Places are limited to 11 per session and are allocated in the order they are paid for.
Cancellations, transfers and refunds
These are set out in full on the cancellations page, which forms part of these terms.
What we owe you
We run the session as described, or we refund you in full. If we cancel or move a session, you choose between a full refund and a seat on another date.
We cannot promise a particular business result. What we promise is that you work through the whole programme hands-on and leave with a concrete action plan for your own task.
What we ask of you
Bring a working laptop and an active subscription, and set them up before you arrive. Everyone builds at the same time, and an unprepared laptop holds up the group.
Other participants work on their own real tasks. Do not photograph or share their screens or their work.
Materials
Workshop materials are for your own use. You may use everything you build during the session however you like, including commercially. Please do not redistribute our materials as your own course.
Liability
We are liable for what the law makes us liable for, and we do not try to limit that. We are not responsible for what a third-party service does, for charges you incur with such a service, or for how you use an agent you built after the workshop.
Law and disputes
Portuguese law applies, and you keep every right Portuguese and EU consumer law gives you.
If something goes wrong, write to us first — most things are settled in a day. You may also use the Portuguese complaints book, linked in the footer, or refer the dispute to the competent consumer arbitration centre.
Changes
We may update these terms, but the version that applies to your booking is the one published on the day you booked.
